Christopher Adam is a U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and accomplished executive recruiter with a strong track record of leadership, innovation, and results. A proud former member of the 82nd Airborne Division, Christopher served with distinction during the Gulf War and in Mogadishu, gaining invaluable experience and discipline that continue to shape his professional approach.

In 1997, Christopher transitioned from the Military to College where he earned his bachelor’s degree from SIU-Carbondale in Instructional Systems Design - Workforce, Training & Development.

Between 1997 & 2011, Christopher worked for the State of Missouri in a variety of Management roles including running gang programs in St. Louis City, while also being an Adjunct Professor at Meramec Community College.

In 2011, Christopher decided to become an entrepreneur, founding his first company, which he successfully scaled and sold to a national firm by 2013. He then entered the executive search industry, joining MRI as an Accounting & Finance Recruiter, where he quickly distinguished himself by specializing in high-level placements, including CFOs, VPs, Corporate Controllers, and Directors.

In 2016, Christopher took the next step in his career by launching a new branch with Roth, further refining his recruiting expertise and leadership skills. Recognized for his outstanding performance, Christopher broke his company’s newcomer record which included having the highest permanent placement month in company history.  During this time, he developed a strong niche in Manufacturing Management and building long-term relationships with industry professionals.

Two years later, in January 2018, he co-founded Mission Solutions, a recruiting firm focused on delivering top-tier talent across critical business sectors.  Today, Mission Solutions operates through a growing franchise model and specializes in placing talented professionals across five key verticals:
