His versatility has led to successful recruitment projects across the healthcare continuum—from the C-suite to the front lines of patient care delivery.

His relationship-focused style and ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify the most qualified, mission-aligned candidates have benefited some of the nation's leading healthcare systems, universities, non-profits, and healthcare-adjacent organizations. He is adept at mining databases and professional networks to access desirable passive candidates. Adam’s deep understanding of organizational culture ensures a strategic match for both candidates and clients—resulting in long-term retention and the maximization of both organizational impact and individual career growth.

As an executive recruiter, Adam has led high-level recruitment efforts in the boardroom to identify, evaluate, and select administrative leaders, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and numerous Directors/Managers in Nursing, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Case Management, among others. His physician leadership recruitment experience includes Department Chairs, Section Chiefs, Residency Program Directors, and Medical Directors.

Additionally, his provider recruitment experience spans most specialties, with direct expertise in Neurology, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, PM&R, Primary Care, Family Medicine, Oncology, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Urology, Women’s Health, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Emergency Medicine, and Hospice/Palliative Care. His nurse and nurse leadership experience includes recruitment for CNOs, ACNOs, Directors, and Managers across surgical services, emergency services, ICU, oncology, quality, case management, and clinical operations.

Prior to his roles in healthcare and executive search, Adam spent nearly 15 years in the golf industry—as an account representative for Callaway Golf, the Head Golf Professional at a 27-hole Arnold Palmer–designed club, and later managing a team of over 50 FTEs as Director of Golf and Clubhouse Services for a semi-private club in the Greater St. Louis area.

Adam received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Illinois State University. His service includes leadership on the Young Professionals Board of Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital and as past Chairman of Crider Health’s Foundation Board. He remains active in his church as a student leader and Deacon. A decade-long volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri, Adam was honored as Big Brother of the Year for the State of Missouri in 2019 and was a national award nominee. His wife, Shannon, is an MSW working in behavioral health. Together, they have two children—daughter Leyton and son Landon. On weekends, Adam enjoys coaching and can often be found on the sidelines supporting his children’s sports teams.
