With a background in business support and operations, she manages accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bookkeeping, and internal systems—ensuring the business runs efficiently behind the scenes.
Crystal’s career began at Ultimate Staffing, where she gained hands-on experience in payroll, back-office administration, and workflow optimization. Her strengths lie in her precision, reliability, and proactive approach to process improvement.
